APPOINTMENT CANCELLATION/NO SHOW POLICY

We understand there are times when you must miss an appointment due to emergencies or obligations for work or family.  However, when you do not call to cancel an appointment, you are preventing another patient from getting much needed treatment.  Conversely, the situation may arise where another patient fails to cancel and we are unable to schedule you for a visit, due to the seemingly “full” appointment book.

Appointment Cancellations – 24-hour notice

Please be courteous and call our clinic promptly if you are unable to attend your appointment.  If you need to cancel your pet’s appointment, we ask that you give 24-hour notice so that we can make that time available to another patient.  Our voicemail is available to receive messages when we are closed.

Appointment No-Show policy

A “no show” policy is when a client misses a scheduled appointment without communicating the need for cancellation or providing 24-hour cancellation notice.  At the time of the “no show” appointment, a charge of $50 will be applied to the account as a “no-show” fee.

Surgery Appointment Cancellations/No-Show policy

If you need to cancel your pet’s surgery/procedure, we ask that you give 48-hour notice so that we can make the time available to another client.

A surgery “no-show” appointment is when a client misses or cancels a scheduled surgery/procedure appointment without providing 48-hour notice of cancellation.  At the time of a “no show” surgery/procedure appointment, a charge of $100 will be applied to the account as a “no show” fee.
